NoteBook Fan Sound killing
My old NoteBook is very noisy when Gamming. So, I reduce CPU power to 60% and add some cooler(Heat sync). My NoteBook is anymore noisy. Gooooood. (But slow downed.) It looks like forest. It looks like apartments(Buildings). It is ART.(I'm artist. HA HA HA...) Add small heat sync at IC(FET). It looks crasy....but simple, cheap, easy and Gooood.
